公共空間及會議室 Public Space and Conference Room Rental

一、場地租借申請手續 1. Application Procedures for Venue Rental
(一) 校內申請人（單位）→「校園空間管理系統」→自行列印紙本「申請表」→預定使用日七個工作日前送件保管組

(1) On-campus applicants (units) → “Campus Space System” → Print out the “Application Form” → Submit it to the Property Management Section 7 working days prior to the scheduled date of use.

(二) 校外申請人（單位）→電(親)洽本校保管組確認申請內容→保管組代為輸入本校「校園空間管理系統」完成場地保留→預定開始使用日七個工作日前，將紙本「申請表」、「切結書」及使用計畫書送件保管組審查。

(2) Off-campus applicants (units) → Contact the Property Management Section by phone or personally to confirm the application details → The Property Management Section will input it into the Campus Space System to reserve the space on behalf of the applicant → Submit the paper Application Form, Affidavit, and Use Plan to the Property Management Section seven (7) working days prior to the scheduled date of use for review.

二、應備文件  2 Documents required
(一) 校內:公共空間及會議室場地租借申請表、使用計畫書

(1) On-campus: Public Space and Conference Room Rental Application Form and Use Plan.
(二) 校外:公共空間及會議室場地租借申請表、切結書及使用計畫書

(2) Off-campus: Public Space and Conference Room Rental Application Form, Affidavit, and Use Plan.

The grassland will be leased first within the platform area. If it is required to be fully used, it will be charged at two locations.

一個時段限一組人員拍攝，同時二組人員拍攝，則以二個時段計收費用。

Only one group of people can shoot in one session. If two groups of people shoot at the same time, the fee will be calculated based on the two sessions.

一、使用區域以戶外公共空間為限，教學區域不得進入。
二、本項以日計收。
三、本校教職員工生及校友，酌收場地維護費500元。

1. The use area is limited to outdoor public spaces, and the teaching area is not allowed to enter. 2. This item is charged on a daily basis. 3. Faculty, staff, students and alumni of our school will be charged a venue maintenance fee of RMB 500.

學生餐廳外臨時攤位

Temporary stalls outside the student restaurant

500/日本項以日計收，同時最多2個攤位。This item is charged on a daily basis, with a maximum of 2 stalls at the same time.    
15其他 other8,000上述以外項目（含室內、外），如有租借需要，得比照本項收費。If there is a need to rent items other than the above (including indoor and outdoor), the charges will be the same as this item.    

備註：
(1) 本表以每四小時為一個時段計收使用費（含場佈與撤場），按日收費為例外。
(2) 使用費包含租金、行政管理費及場地維護費，項次1至2之場地維護費為百分之四十，其餘各百分之三十，項次3至15之租金為百分之四十，其餘各百分之三十。
(3) 專案優惠酌收水電成本不得低於使用費百分之五(國際會議廳等室內空間不得少於百分之十二)。
(4) 無主要活動場地之健走通行活動等申請案，每人酌收二十元場地維護費。
(5) 租借場地以外如有需要設置活動拱門或懸掛（張貼）旗幟、指示牌等，應經保管組審核並酌收行政管理費，旗幟、指示牌每面60元，活動拱門(Truss)每一地點3,000元。
(6) 無線網路服務每時段1500元，可提供約100人使用。因場地限制可申請服務地點:國際會議廳(項次:1至5)及藝大書店川堂(項次:12)。須於一週前提出申請以供部署測試。
