中長程發展計畫

 

一、健全的法令體系 

        研擬本校總務運作所需之各項規定，並配合學校政策和需要，適時修正及解釋。

 

二、良好的組織分工 

        除五組業務的建構和分工外，在諮詢與決策方面，定期召開處務主管會議，凡有關校務之重

        要事項，均充分討論，促進處務執行品質。

 

三、良好的協調溝通 

        為使校務能夠順利推展，除了組織結構的完善外，更重要的是協調溝通的提昇，良好的組            織氣氛和文化應是提昇效率的重要條件。

 

四、有效的作業流程 

         關於各項工作的流程，均有明確的規定和管理，配合校務行政的電腦化系統之逐步完成，             將能更有效地節省人力、物力和時間，提昇作業的品質。

 

五、校園整體規劃與配置 

        本校校地位於臺北市北投區一德里，係一面向關渡平原之狹長山坡地，總面積為37.0501公          頃。民國80年校區初期主要校舍建築工程完成，學校全部遷入新校區正式運作，目前已完            成使用之重要校舍包括：行政大樓、圖書館、音樂一、二館、戲劇系館、舞蹈系館、美術            系館、學生餐廳、男女生宿舍、學人會館、展演中心、舞蹈廳、戲劇廳、美術系特殊教                室、教學大樓、研究大樓、動新大樓、美術館、游泳館、音樂廳、活動中心、科技藝術                館、藝文生態館、警衛室、 929劇場等。

Regulations essential for the university’s general affairs operations are formulated and periodically revised or interpreted in accordance with university policies and needs.

2. Effective Organizational Structure and Division of Labor

In addition to the establishment and division of tasks among the five divisions, regular meetings of department heads are held to facilitate consultation and decision-making. Major university affairs are thoroughly discussed to enhance the quality of administrative execution.

3. Efficient Coordination and Communication

For the smooth implementation of university affairs, improving coordination and communication is just as crucial as having a well-structured organization. A positive organizational atmosphere and culture are key factors in enhancing efficiency.

4. Streamlined Operational Procedures

Clear regulations and management guidelines govern various operational processes. With the gradual implementation of the university’s digital administrative system, resources such as manpower, materials, and time can be utilized more efficiently, thereby improving the quality of operations.

5. Comprehensive Campus Planning and Development

The university campus is located in Yide Village, Beitou District, Taipei City, on a narrow hillside facing the Guandu Plain, covering a total area of 37.0501 hectares. In 1991, the initial phase of campus construction was completed, and the university officially relocated to the new campus. The key facilities that have been completed and are in use include:
